The noise level at night is ridiculously. And the constaint weed smoking is out of control. Every time walk into my apartment it smells like weed every morning I wake up it smells like weed inside of my room and inside of my apartment.

I don't live in that building but it has happened. Depending on the residents in your building. The residents that lived in my building were out of control, loud noises, hanging out in front of the building smoking weed. But they were eventually evicted and are gone. Complain if you can gauge where it's coming from. It helps. If the smell is invading your home, it's close by.
