I'd like to thank Maintenance member Nicole for fixing the motor in my air conditioner. She was very nice and down to earth, she knew what she was doing and I got the job done. I would love to have her fix anything else in the future. You rock Nicole!

We do not presently allow dogs at our community, but we do allow cats and some small caged pets.

How do I get a application? I called and asked the man to email me one but he has not yet done so

I was wondering from anyone who actually lives currently or has lived at the Villages at Marley Station, have you ever seen ceiling fans in any of the apartments? I'm just wondering if that's an option or do they even do that? Thanks!
