Don't do it I'm telling you that you don't want anything to do with cedar creek or The owner Morgan properties none of there complexes they r crooks I'm just say the health department is getting ready to come and see some things here that will shut this place down I know the supervisor they r coming to investigate everything

I lived here for 18 months too long. let me start by saying the front desk is useless. my own car was towed out of the parking lot because I had my windshield replaced and didn't put the parking sticker back on that day. -$275. I started seeing roaches after my lease renewal. Outrageous water bills. Stolenmail deliveries. Don't do it.. They Are con artists here

It's a good quiet community! The apartments are decent but I had a lot of problems of things failing in the apartment especially in my bathroom. I've had maintenance up here twice to fix things and they just seem to keep breaking.

Avoid renting any apartment at Cedar Creek by all means. The washer and dryer in my apartment was not working for several months and I made several complaints to the leasing office but it was not repaired nor replaced. My A/C was not working for several months and I made several complaints but it was not repaired nor replaced. I was told by the maintenance staff that A/C repair is not an emergency during the summer. Avoid coming to rent in this place by all means! I pay $1700 for a two bedroom apartment here with no value for my money. Customer service is very poor!

Exactly, very true apart from what you pay monthly you get another charge and each thing that is ruined they charge you and they charge you for. Come, when we moved we checked the whole apartment and there were very old things that were only painted so that they did not look old, the refrigerator that I had was so old, that it was ruined, and we called and they never came, everything that was ruined had, and when. They came to change it, I thought they would bring a new one and they did not bring others equal to or worse than the old one, which more or less works, well it is ok, but when we see when paying the rent they charged us, the old old refrigerator, and the installation, my husband and I were wow, surprised not of course that we did not want to pay and they said, they that if they were not going to call us for court why illogical, in fact it is very good that we put comments so that other people see how it is and do not come to get into this scene and they are racist, but hey
I live on the bottom floor and I've never seen mice inside my apartment. UPDATE: I’ve never actually SEEN any mice, but now there’s definitely something living in the walls between the apartments, and they make a LOT of noise! I

You're supposed to report that to maintenance. I believe that is classified as an emergency, because yes, mold can make you very sick. Use the Rent Cafe app under maintenance.

I believe it's $350 for a security deposit for the dog.. And you don't get that back and then it's either $25 or $35 dollars a month.
