Dirty!!.. The building im in has a SERIOUS roach problem..exterminator has been there 4 times in 3months to spray,and each time i have to remove things from the cabinets floor ect. Or be charged a $55 fee. At this point i want to end my lease due to the roaches. I know i clean after myself (and constantly spraying insect sprays) to keep them away, but nothing works.The door to my building is never locked, kids are always in the hall smoking,leaving trash, and food( with attracts roaches) i have a 1yr old child and i dont want him 8n that apartment anymore..i called about ending my lease and was told i would have to pay 3 months rent to end it. The building is a health hazard..its dirty and i have sent emails to info@hennwebb with no response.

Poor experience with Hidden Woods from the start. Their 'verification team', if it exists, asks for too much information. Despite it all being provided, they asked for more. Based on what I have found and heard elsewhere, I really dodged a bullet living here. There are other options in the area that have better communication and respect for prospective renters. I wasted hours of my time and the application fee and all I received was excuses and disrespect.

If this if for the a/c unit issue, then I'm very frustrated and would like someone to finish the job today. I've had to sleep in a hot house for the past 2 nights and it's not a pleasant experience.

If i could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. This place is outdated, management is RUDE AND THEY ARE TRULY wicked. They discriminate against disabled & elderly. They have been bullying my disabled elderly mother since December. They also move very shady with their residents & speak to residents disrespectfully. They truly dont care about ANY of their residents. This place is absolutely the bottom of the barrel. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. You’re better off staying anywhere else in glen burnie but this place. The outside of the complex looks old & basic & the inside of the building reeks of weed. They also have constant plumbing issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible place all around.
