I had a facial at the mission Viejo location. Monica was my estheticians and she was amazing, she was really professional and answered all my questions . I will be recommending her to all my friends and family. I will be back with her I highly recommend her.

This location is nice, but pretty pricey considering the amenities (quality / quantity). The day passes without a treatment aren't worth it in my opinion therefore - there is 1 spa, 1 cold mist room that generally smells pretty mildew-y (I am a Microbiologist), a steam room, and a sauna. For the most part, you get a good massage or facial with standard technique. Doesn't change much based on the employee, which is nice because you can book without requesting anyone in particular and you know it will be good. Sign up for monthly promos online and take advantage of a special. I like the massages best but I've had both massages and facials. My favorites are the BW Signature Massage and the Nourishing Facial (they'll sometimes offer a free peel with this one and that combo is my favorite on the skincare menu). :) Enjoy!
