close by and my Wife likes the food However the Building it falling apart. someone from corporate needs to take a good look and the buildings exterior, actually some of the wood is about to fall off the building as you drive through Inside reminds me of a 50's dinner.....a little help would be nice and would keep up with Mission Viejo.....

BEWARE This Mission Viejo Del Taco is bad. Last 5 visits wrong for simple single item orders. Manager does not care at all. Charges more for but delivers smaller portions, bad service, wrong items, missing items, Never answers phone in 2.5+ years, walk in to discuss issues and General Manager says he’s busy, I say I’ll wait. He listened for about 40 seconds then rudely interrupts and says “we’re done! & have a good day” I try to add and he raises his voice again “have a good day!” then walks away. Since 2018 I have experienced 100’s of bad orders, wrong items, missing items, poor consistency, most other Del Tacos are pretty good, but this one is plagued with problems & should be closed. Save yourself frustrations and go to another one. zero for management, zero for cooks, ONE good server but the most of the staff doesn't care.

Food was hot, my fries were crispy, and the service was friendly! The drive-thru can easily get a little awkward because of how the building is situated, but it moves quick. Can’t go wrong with Del!

This particular Del Taco is disappointing, time after time. I know this is fast food, which many times means after school snack or quick bite but they are never friendly, sometimes rude, order is wrong half the time and the prices are higher than other Del tacos in the area. The $1 specials on the flyer are never that here, $1.39 today. Which wouldn’t be so bad if the food was good and customer service was way better. This just happens to be the closest one to us but we’ll find somewhere else to go.
