I am not happy about the apartment line or the fact I cant talk to anyone . The Automatic voice is not great for scheduling appointments I could not talk to anyone to schedule an appointment and it just hanged up on me

Great service and very nice people, but they do not validate the parking fees to visit their office. I don’t remember paying parking for a doctor visit or lab visit ever before - even at Newport Beach appointments.

I’ve been to different Quest Diagnostic locations, but this was my first time visiting this one. I had the best experience. I was checked in and seen immediately. Michael was the young man who drew my blood. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and he found my vein immediately where other lab technicians have always found it challenging. I didn’t feel anything and I am certain I will not bruise like I usually do. Michael is very talented and he knows what he is doing. The environment was clean and organized. Thank you, Michael for giving me such a great experience!

My first official visit this morning. I was greeted by a very friendly person by the name of Rachel. She was very efficient and helpful and explained to me the process and requirements before I could have some work done. She called my doctor and put me on the line with the person handling appointments. I would highly recommend that all businesses hire and keep employees such as Rachel. Really puts the patient at ease with her manners, tone of voice and just plain good old fashioned customer friendly service. She deserves the "Fred Factor" award.
