This place is a newer location from the one I use to go to in Santa Ana. It has a huge selection of all tiles, stone, laminates and wood. They have many displays to show what a layout would look like. Plus they also offer design services. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This place has been helpful for my clients who are also remodeling.

Pick up department needs a shake up. Checked in and nobody else in line. 30 minutes later and I’m still waiting. Ow they packing somebody else’s pickup who came in after me and my small pallet is just sitting there! Last time I buy tiles from Floor and Decor.

I did free design service with Brandy! She is amazing! I kept going to store so frustrated. She helped me pick out 2 bathrooms and a laundry room in an hour! Has amazing taste . Very knowledgeable about products. Coming back to see her to help with garage tile!
