Terrible service at Mission Viejo Volvo. The car is nice and sales was great but awful after that. The service staff is so lazy they won’t walk across the parking lot to get the part that fell off your new car (after waiting two months for “supply chain” issues) They point and make you leave the beautiful air conditioned waiting area and walk across the parking lot to find the parts window closed. No shade. No place to wait. Hardly a luxury experience. I didn’t know “going the extra mile” would be literal on my part. Worst of all: they don’t care! Letters to MV Volvo management, ownership, and Volvo USA all ignored. This is not a supply chain issue. This is a customer service issue. Felt I needed to warn others. Shop elsewhere. Btw, we had outstanding service at Corley Volvo in Albuquerque NM. This is a local dealer issue. #volvocars #volvoforlife

I took my XC60 in for its scheduled oil service and the team at Volvo Cars Mission Viejo took great car of me! Arranged transport back to my office through Enterprise as they were out of service loan cars at that time, but it went very smooth and convenient. Service was completed that day and I was able to get my car back very quickly. Overall a great experience and much appreciated.

Great!! Experience from drop off to pick up. Art was a fantastic Advisor, paid attention to every detail got my car fixed by end of day. The tech was awesome Ricardo did a fantastic job diagnosing my A/C and got it so cold inside you can dry age steaks. He fixed my remote and now my car opens when I touch the door. All around I highly recommend Volvo Cars Mission Viejo.

Everyone at Volvo in Mission Viejo is very professional and friendly. It was my 2nd time buying my new Volvo there. They always do their best to give the warmest of experience. Their level of professionalism is top notch. I literally drive from San Fernando Valley all the way to Mission Viejo Volvo to get my car serviced there because they always take care of it, and it's worth the drive, knowing that my car will be in good hands! I trust them.
