I called in because they doubled their fee on sending money. They have the WORST customer service! Goes into PH and they refuse to send me to a US rep, then they just put you back in the que. I have already taken the steps to cancel my Paypal services and I will NEVER use xoom again!!!

Hate this app. Was told to upload an ID AFTER they already cancelled my transfer. I'll choke these people out if I ever go by their headquarters some day. There shouldn't be this big of a problem to fix not getting an immediate refund if they never transfered any money anyways #PromiseNotThreat

Horrible, just horrible. They had me send them my DL to verify my account, then told me I was no longer able to send money via Xoom. Although I've been using PayPal for years. Called to ask why I was unverified, and got passed around by the guys in the Philippines. They didn't care and I got no explanation. Will NEVER use again.
