Booked City By The Bay Suite for a night for the family. Checked in and first room we walked in is a regular king size room without any sofa bed or separated room. Complained to the front desk and they say they have the room available and will be ready after we come back from dinner. After coming back, got the new key from front desk. Walked into the new room, found out it is not our room by seeing other folks luggage. Went to the front desk again and got a key to our new assigned room, which is a studio suite. It is still not what was purchased, but getting tired of moving around. fyi for those booking at this hotel.

It was the best hotel experience we had since the pandemic. ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD was the front desk said no coffee makers in room . We saw coffee makers outside rooms every day . David at the bar was great. He remembered our drinks, great advice on the city. Enjoyed his company
