DO NOT LIVE HERE! The area is very unsafe. The apartments are very cheap and the common areas (stairways, parking lot, dog parks, etc) are very dirty. Broken glass, dog feces, and pipes litter the areas. Neighbors are noisy and also dirty. There are roaches and mice infesting several of the buildings. If you complain and ask for extermination services, it takes several complaints for them to acknowledge your request. When the exterminators do eventually come, they aimlessly “bug-proof” your apartment with promises they will come back frequently for upkeep. They never do. The apartments are built with such poor quality that it is impossible to keep roaches and mice out if you have unclean neighbors. There are several open holes and corridors between apartments for easy access. Cheap locks on the front doors make it easy for intruders to jostle the doors open. Do yourself and your family a favor - DO NOT give your money to Morgan Properties.

Had a great experience and when our washer Machine was broken they fixed in under 12 hours after request was sent. The gentleman that came was amazing, friendly and efficient. I just hate that i don't know his name to give him a personal thank you.. Thank you so much.

They sure are. They are the worst!! Lazy as hell.
I don't live in that building but it has happened. Depending on the residents in your building. The residents that lived in my building were out of control, loud noises, hanging out in front of the building smoking weed. But they were eventually evicted and are gone. Complain if you can gauge where it's coming from. It helps. If the smell is invading your home, it's close by.
