Best Apartments in Glen Burnie...our experience was pleasant. Kelly and Samantha were awesome..clean grounds and apartments, quiet, beautiful place ...if we didn't have to move out of State we would have stayed- worth the price! Mike and Priscilla.

I am usually not one to leave a review but after reading that there are other tenants dealing with some of the same issues I feel as though it is necessary. We rent a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. We were not informed about the issue of the master bath tub making a God awful noise until AFTER we moved in and took a Shower for the first time. We moved here in October. We were informed in October that they were making arrangements to resolve the issue with the tub. It is now the end of January and we haven’t even been updated on when the new tub will be put in. We have had several issues with the outdated appliances. Some of those issues have been resolved after I contacted the rental office several times, sent emails and contacted the property management company. Apparently there are a lot of outdated appliances as when the tenant below us does laundry between 10-2AM our entire apartment shakes!! Our tv rattles the wall, floor shakes and it is very loud. You can even here this over the cars driving on 100! The two bedrooms on the end are extremely cold and I have to put plastic on the windows to keep the cold out. I am extremely disappointed and unfortunately would not recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends or family.

Highly disappointed with how bad the bathtub in the big bathrooms squeaks !!! EXTREMELY LOUD . Not ideal for a mom of 2 little ones that wants to relax after parenting and working 2 jobs. It would have been nice to be informed prior to moving. I’m paying rent for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and only using 1 bathroom in a house with 2 kids and 2 adults. I can also hear the neighbors above me when they are in their tub. It squeaks horribly. I was told they were going to look into it but i see no progress nor am i being updated. I wasn’t expecting any issues with a residence that takes prides in calling themselves luxury !! Between the tub and outdated appliances I’ll say this place is luxury like !! It might have been a luxury place when it opened
