Your best bet would be to go up there and speak to someone. Their website is super jacked up and the customer service hotline is very backed up.
You'll need to go up there & just bring all your info just so you wouldn't have to keep coming up there. Explain to them Exactly what happened bcos that's Exactly what I had to do too & So did everyone else that was in line also. But please make sure you get a receipt Before you leave.
