Worst experience living here, been living here for about 6 months now and THE RENT PRICE IS TO MUCH , they charge you for things that they never talked about . The people here in my building be smoking , very rude people , don’t like it here .

The ladies are very sweet in the office but its completely unorganized and everything about paying the rent to seeing your payment activity online, is a hot mess. I've been here almost 2 months and my charges are all over the place. They don't prorate your rent the month you move in, its the following month, doesn't make any sense. They never respond to emails, you have to pay rent at 711 unless you want to pay a $40 fee to pay the convenient way. The amenity fee was $300... I could go on and on.. the renters insurance is a whole other issue.
