Hello good morning I have sent off my passport for renewal from August 02/17 and have not hear anything about it not on email or a mail I would like to know if you have received it please thank you and what is going on .

You may need to call them or make a visit in person if replying to the email is not working. Fortunately my wife was able to reply to the email and everything worked out.
