The Consulate does not provide parking. However you may be best served by taking the subway. Several lines are in relatively close proximity 51st - Street 6 Train Grand Central Terminal - 4,5,6,7 Shuttle and Metro North. Lexington Ave/53 st - E & M 47-50 Rockefeller Cntr B,D,F,M. If you are still minded to drive, there are a couple parking garages nearby but they tend to be expensive.
There is no parking at the embassy. The best bet if you are driving is to find a parking garage which will be expensive. It is better to be dropped off by someone or ride a cab. Alternative is to use train service as this location is fairly close to Grand Central Terminal. Google you direction.
