Hello, I was planing a trip to Jamaica in April 2020 I have a question regarding my mother in law, she holds an Albanian passport with US visa, I wanted to know if she can travel to Jamaica from US with out any problems at the Jamaican customs?

First concern is to know if she has an Albanian passport with an American " visitor's visa", or is the visa stamp an immigrant visa proving permanent residency in the US. If she is in possession of a US visitor's visa she will need to visit the Jamaican Embassy and apply for a visa. If she is in possession of an immigrant visa identifying her as a permanent resident she will need her "green card" to travel to Jamaica.
