Do I need an appointment to pick up my passport?

Peter, When I went to the Consulate, I was offered 2 choices. 1) To come pick it up personally or 2) have it sent via FedEx which costs around $20.00. The process of getting your Passport (once the decision is approved) I was told, takes 6 weeks.

I need to know whether my passport is ready and when/how I can collect it? Thank you.
