Go to Banner Thunderbird they have a mental health facility. You can go through ER and you'll be safe and treated better then at UPC. Any place is better then UPC.
They have lobby services 7 days a week 7am to 7pm.
Yes. You can ask your doctor for a referral for out pt or you can come to UPC and they can set you up depending on how you're feeling.

The lobby is open 7a-7p (get there earlier the better). However the observation unit is 24/7 for those in crisis. It sounds scary but it's a safe place to get seen by a Psychiatric provider, therapist, nurse, recovery support specialist and behavioral health specialist, especially if you don't feel safe.
