To be honest with you, they were decent. I was a client with them for over 10 years. My only issue with them was I got switched over from pyrite to jade team. Pyrite always respected my needs and beliefs. Patricia Carey, Brooke Csikos, Alyssa Bradfield were honestly the better case managers. My current clinic does not give me any help whatsoever. It's frustrating being treated less than human when you are disabled. Also, Renee Garo on jade always treated me like less than human along with Sabrina. They are literally the only reasons I choose to not go back here. However cplc treats me and the majority of clients like they do not matter.

I was assigned to them over a year ago and have never gotten a call back. Horrible joke agency.

Lifewell Oak has been with me for 3 years. They've provided me with endless amounts of services. I've had the best providers there.

Mother goes there and it seems to be ok. I will review again once I get set up there

Not sure. My advice would be call lifewell and ask. They will tell you.
Ask the clinic to transfer client to a different clinic
Far better than terros. Suckerpunch was a dumb movie btw. The system only works for those who stand up and speak up for themselves. Otherwise you get swept under the rug. Don't let them push you around either, stand your ground... You know yourself better than anyone.
They also take calls from the warm line when they aren't busy. I heard them on the phone and asked who they are speaking too because it wasn't me at the time and I was standing in front at the desk. Unfortunately to many hurting hearts and not enough resources. If you can go private insurance it is best but for the rest of us just wait your turn and try to be patient.
Yes they are still open during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The phone system is not always reliable though.
Yall told law enforcement that same thing when they was in lobby looking for a client who wanted for robbery of my house yall kept law enforcement busy while yall ya snuck the wanted person through the door on the side this why these people keep getting away with crimes cuz yall refuse to give up information hide behind HIPAA but yet yall casemanger brought the person to my house.
Yes she had a key she was suppose to be a trusted friend she told her casemanger she lived there when she didn't the casemanger brought her over and helped her take stuff out my house. They don't want help the victim they put the criminal who has warrants in group home to try avoid prosecution.
Why don't you just call the clinic and ask the receptionist to answer your question
You gotta stay on them or expect to slip through the cracks. As far as the cab service goes it's veyo not the clinic that sucks.
