My name is Leevond,like others who written a review I was starting to get discouraged and wanted to give up,was refused because I didn't qualify under Covid19 but found out there are funds for non covid reasons also.Had to start over I started this back in May it took me two months for Wildfire to reply I got a Temp job in that time and paid my own rent but when I lost that job found myself behind 3 months on rent that's when I reached out Noah took my case but again no help because I wasn't covi mind you each time I had to wait hours to reach someone on Mondays had to start over three times,finally got a appointment for non covid help,John Long and my counselor Nora have been great thanks so much and God bless you, couldn't ask for a better case manager very understanding and helpful,had to resubmit papers and everything and was losing patience but stuck with it now my mind is at ease as I found out today my rent and utilities will be paid up now I can start my new job and save up money these have been trying times for us all have patience and don't give up you will get the help you need make sure to get all the documents they ask for and you'll be fine.Agin thank John Long and especially Nora you have saved my life I really was expecting the worst and got wonderful news,and it still isn't over as Noah and Wildfire still have me in there system and I can't get check released in till they get me out there system which I'm working on now,and I know I'll be alright and the hard part is over.God bless you Nora can't express how happy you've made me.Tgank you.Leevond

Start calling around 745 am... there system registers your number. When calling after 8 am you may get a busy signal but keep on trying to get thru. Good luck *and God bless
Actually, it depends on which services u are seeking assistance for. For Utility assistance every 6months, for Rental Assistance or Mortgage Assistance its yearly.
You have to keep calling back to back once you hear its busy just hang up and call again. Its a pain but they eventually pick up
Mondays from 10 am to 2 pm, Tuesdays from 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm. All walk inside only. 1/28/2019-4/15/2019.

There are 3 different family centers John, sunnyslope and Travis Williams. Try all of them. Some answer faster than others
You have to call there or go there. It's different for everyone they do really good if you qualify.
On hold for 2 hours and 48 minutes with Phoenix human services.
They should have sent you a confirmation email with everything they paid, I would take that to them or contact the center and show them the emails and tell them what your landlord is telling you.
You have to call every morning to try to get an appointment.

Your gonna need your paycheck stubs last 30 days, id,social security card, birth certificate, approval letter from property, any kids info.
They make appointments by phone Monday mornings. Start calling at 8am. IT WILL BE BUSY possibly for hours. Do not be discouraged. KEEP CALLING. They will tell you what you need to bring in
You have to KEEP calling. Over ans over. It has taken an hour+ both times I've had to call. But i did eventually get through.
That means your on your way of speaking to receptionist, they only have 5 ppl to answer the lines, but once you hear that automated system just keep pushing 1 and 3 until you hear the man come on and actually put you in que.
