Seems like a decent place to get help. I went in because of financial stress grating to be too much ended up losing my job due to being in their for a week and then lost my apartment shortly after because I was paycheck to paycheck . I’ve been homeless since my credit sits in the low 500s from deferred medical bills I couldn’t keep up with. I went there and regret going every day. The money spent here would’ve gone to better use for a weekend in Vegas . Only go if you really have money and can take time off work or else you put yourself in a worse situation.

This place is a nightmare when I was admitted I had blood pressure at 2:28 over 140 they would not give me any medication for high blood pressure try to put me on horrible psychotic medication and it turned out that I had renal stenosis and seriously high blood pressure the doctors are a joke the text they have there are words the nurses are horrible and they act like jerks towards you especially if you're elderly and I really thought it was discrimination and this place needs to be closed down their dirt do not send your loved one there

Would leave a 0 but you have to leave a star to leave a review. Kitchen staff was great. I do also want to say maybe a handful of staff executed their jobs well and had smiles on their face. This place is really unorganized though and it didn’t make me feel safe while in there. I also felt not welcomed and felt burdensome when I would ask my nurse for something that only the nurses can grab. There were eye rolls, big sighs, and attitude thrown all around from staff. Also it’s not a safe place for trans members. They deadname and don’t have a system to make people feel safe. They don’t even care that they don’t either. Saw one person discharge early AMA because of it and one other person while in my stay that felt unsafe because of it also. They don’t have any systems for panic attacks, and they don’t have people for you to talk to either. 0/10 pls save yourself from this place

First impression: horrible customer service. Had the absolute worst experience just now with the receptionist, she was white and she was wearing dark pink/red shirt, long dirty blonde hair and she was just rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered, when all I was trying to do was drop off clothes for my sister for the very first . She should get her attitude in check before she comes to work is all I'm a going to say

Don't go i hate the groups send them to jail its more fun
Yes, they should have a patient I.D code assigned to them. You will need their first and last name and patient code to reach them. You can call the front desk and they will let you know what time your loved ones can use tge phone. It's different depending on if they are adolescent, adult, or geriatric.
they should let him call at the next phone time after he is fully admitted
No you can't.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7:30 I believe.
Honestly depends on age an section. My daughter's visiting hours were completely different than below. Best to call and find out. You'll need the patient's security code to get any information tho.
3rd floor isn't for adolescents If you were a patient at the hospital on the 3rd floor you are an adult.
No they dont give e you any information unless it had to do with their pocketbook
Unfortunately, it is not a smoking facility.
Quail Run is psychiatric acute care. They do not do longer term care or housing.
