Yikes! I just rented a car from Fox at Orlando and am now reading all the negative reviews. Does anyone have anything positive to say about them? Needing reassurance before I cancel my reservation!!

I did the exact same thing. It worked just fine for me. I found the shuttle pick up area and waited less then ten minutes for it. Getting the car was quick and the shuttle ride was about 10 minutes. Drop off went smooth and I was back at the airport in another 10 minutes. Take a few pics of the car when you get it just in case.

They aren't that bad, but as the other guides have said decline the add-ons if you don't need them. I did like how easy it was to pick up, they give you your choice of car from the selected tier and drop off was quick and simple.

Don't cancel. We used Fox three/four weeks ago. Shuttle Pick up was easy, staff were courteous and helpful. The selection if vehicles is varied. Their rates are lower than the competition, but beware of the additional add-ons recommended. If you don't need them, don't take them. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Try them first before you make a judgement.

They're going to try and upsell everything, just politely decline if you dont want added insurance, bring a pen to mark off any defects on the sheet they give you for the car (they dont provide one, probably deliberately) and it should be fine, I've never had an issue with them myself.

Like others have said. Their pricing was down to earth but they upsell like crazy. They even tried to make me believe that the ez toll pass was a must need until i checked it on my own and found that i can pay at tolls by cash just like in other states I had been to and hence declined their offer. Rest all was OK.

We used Fox a couple of months ago. Shuttle was quick, driver was awesome, office staff was very nice and quick! Returning car was just as quick and easy. Car was clean and ran well! I would actually recommend them!

I had a horrible experience with them! I am going back to Orlando, I won’t dare use them! If you can pls cancel if not pls read all the fine prints!

Also, they sent me a confirmation before my trip of $111. Charged me $296. Disputed via toll free #, they sent me the receipt for a total different person. No reply since then. They will not upsell you. They will add services without your permission. Beware.

I had a great experience everything was smooth and fast, they were very helpful and knowledgeable no issues, I did the get the ezpass which made it easier to just keep driving due to the many tolls.

Orlando location is great, don't use the fort Lauderdale one

I rented from Fox in Denver and Orlando. No problems at all besides the 30 minute long line. All went well.

can you use your own insurance or do you have to use theirs?

Better to spend a bit more elsewhere for the time and hassle you save and the peace of mind you will gain. Truthfully, I haven't been there in a while but suggest you Cancel....IMHO. You can check my review if you like. Safe travels and Best of luck to you!
