Is your question, can you leave your alamo rental car temporarily in alamo at MCO to pick up friends? If so no, alamo at MCO is for collection and return of rental vehicles. MCO provide free drop off and pick up zones or use the parking garages.

I imagine you cant use Alamo garage as a parking lot. You'll need to pay to park at MCO parking
