My vehicle was towed overnight because it did not have a parking decal. Am I able to rent another car in the mean time? Also, how is this taken car? I know the registered owner needs to retrieve it. Do I need to have a latter? Any advice is helpful

I would suggest speaking to Alamo as soon as possible. If the fees start to add up they will retrieve them from you with appropriate admin fees on top and it will cost you much more the longer you leave it I am sure.
