We arrive at 11 and we were checked in no problem. On the day we left, we had a shuttle reserved at 7am and they were checking people in at that time. I think it's really about room availability. During summer season, I would imagine they will be more firm on the check in time. But they will still hold your luggage, if you arrive early.
They can hold your luggage and even give you an "amenities card" if you get the early so you can still go to the pool, game room, etc.
Great costumer service
They have a great customer service and will make you feel very comfortable and well taken care of. You can contact them to see if they can accommodate your early check-in, if not they will hold on to your luggage.
We didnt check in early, but they should be able to hold your luggage for you if they dont have your room ready yet.
