Check it every day at 7 o’clock in the morning, I was doing it for 2 weeks then I got lucky
Just keep trying - it is fairly hard to get an appointment, because there are only a few field offices in the state, so in order to get one you need to check the website every day, first thing in the morning, like 6 a.m.
