How are the ground floor units? Any water damage/flooding concerns/safety concerns? We weren’t able to tour our floor-plan when we stopped by and haven’t been able to get ahold of any office staff with questions after we signed our lease...

I can tell you it's a safe community. I've lived there since late October 2017 and have never seen any problems. Also - welcome to the neighborhood!
