I would not choose Spectrum. Every time I have to go get new equipment, I have to make a second trip because the first didn't work either. Thankfully it is my girlfriend's house. I have Frontier. I have never had to call them for anything.
I'm not sure but I'd choose Spectrum over Frontier. Frontier is very expensive once the introductory offer expires and the love to put you in a 2 year contract. I'm with Spectrum. They are much less expensive with no contract and same channel line up.
Irving has had cable for a long time not sure if they are replacing old ones. The names have changed several times in the past years but the best bang for your buck is fiber optic witch is currently frontier
