I wouldn't recommend this place if you don't plan on being out of necessary money. They refused to renew my lease and advised they didn't have to give a reason why, per my contract. Beware.

There are many cockroaches and insects, it is totally antihistamine... They take too long to give you a solution of all the senses!

Questions & Answers

Does anybody else get pest control notes if they have been there when I signed my lease I was told every Monday they come I have not seen not one note stating pest control has been in my home and now I’m see literally roaches in my apartment

Moving out was the best choice we ever made! This place is infested with bed bugs and roaches! Mold everywhere, water pouring in our windows... It was the most awful experience!

What is the point of submitting a work order if it never is completed I’m sick of this place it’s always something you all don’t strive to make us feel welcome at home and this is supposed to made comfortable and it’s not at all.

They’re worst i lived there for 2 years and after i left they’re charging me $2500 for idk what? Didn’t even give me my deposit back. Got no mail or email or anything but they put that amount on my credit for what idk. Just run, they’re just here to ruin

And though this instance was with the previous owners/management, we are sorry to hear of this miscommunication.
