NOT WORTH THE TIME!!!!!!! I went to apply, and was told I was within the income limits. After paying the deposit $300and the application fee $65. I got a call four days later saying I was over the income and they don't return deposit their compliance department would mail it to me. I've waited two weeks,the front office ignores calls.

I’ve reached out to these apartment’s multiple time’s left messages no one ever call’s u back how are you leasing apartments and no one ever picks up.I drove up to the apartments walked in the office and there was no one to help then the maintenance guy comes in from outside and says there gone to lunch 1hr, they have no signs up saying no one is gone lunch. Finally Saturday I get a text from someone named #Cesar about renting an apartment after I asked a question he still hasn’t responded no one has reached back out about the apartment. These are the most unprofessional apartments I have ever tried contacting. If they can’t pick up for new clients then I surely wouldn’t wanna be a residence in these apartments. They need a 0 for customer service..

Just Moved in October 2021,I Love my new apartment, me rent is affordable and I have stainless steal appliances and granite countertops and wood flooring and most of all ITS SUPER CLEAN!! the office workers are very nice ladies I met with manager Monique and she introduced herself and made me feel welcomed. Please come visit for yourself, after reading reviews, I had to write a good review because it was obvious the horrible comments were intentionally created to sabatoge managment the Fitness Center has new equipment too! Sincerely, Satisfied new resident.
