7 years living in the apartments and I never had a similar problem, the reca service is taking the cars at random no matter if they are residents and registered (the reca service is supposed to be for visitors who do not have the proper permit), I ask to speak with a manager and a professional dial person who has no logical answer other than 'I can't help you' without mentioning his attitude. The most illogical thing about the case is that now the apartments lose a resident, I lose $300-$400 and the reca service, which is the one with the problem, wins.

Horrible!! These apartments are really noisy especially at night by neighbors and tenants that live here! Management does nothing about it! This place might as well be a night club the way they play loud music outside all the time! I go sleepless having to deal with all this! If peace and quiet is your priority when looking for a new place, then don’t come here!

I've only been renting for 3 months and the air conditioning breaks down every week, the worst thing about this is that maintenance takes a long time to come, once they took 4 days to come to repair it, the day before yesterday it broke down again, I already went, I already called and nothing that they come Don't stain inside here it's just over 90° it feels suffocating even if you open all the doors and windows, quite a few big flies have already gotten in because I have everything open, it's horrible to be like this and it's unfair because just as one is punctual with the rent, it is their obligation to fix what is broken! I put up with it but I have small children, it's not worth it! I'm going to call the city to report this place because it's too much! Besides, they cut off your water every so often, there are no parking lots and many other things. If you don't want to struggle with these issues, avoid living here.

Do not recommend!! They just changed management but they’re still so rude and I’ve had mold since August and they don’t do anything I’ve told them plenty and plenty of time to come fix the problem! The ceiling is also leaking and they DONT CARE!! 0/10 recommended!! I’ve contacted the city already, I have asthma and it has gotten so much worse now with this. Do not live here!!
