This complex is like a certified pre-owned car. It's nice, but its obviously worn. Pros: - Smart home technology is pretty cool and convenient - It's smaller than most communities so you get to the know the staff pretty well - Amenities are quite nice - Trash is taken care of well here - Parking garage that isn't a fight for parking is a huge plus - Great neighborhood in the urban center and surprisingly quiet - Work orders are taken care of really quickly Cons: - You will have to clean your apt upon move in. They do the bare minimum of cleaning. Didn't even mop the floor, clean the toilet, the floorboards, grouts, etc. They should've paid me for the cleaning services - Internet sucks here. You have either broadband with Spectrum (hot garbage) or MAYBE eligible for 5G with Verizon, but capped at 300mbps if lucky. - Appliances are outdated, not bad condition, just outdated - Older complex - Nearest walmart or target is like 13 minutes away

Beautiful place you have here. Everything is so perfect but the appliances. I would have loved to apply if it weren't for the all black appliances. :,( I will look at your other properties.

Apartment hunting is never easy but, like someone mentioned finding this property is like a "hidden gem". The moment you walk into the leasing office you can sense how much they care about their property and the people. My experience with the staff started before visiting the property and my interaction with the Asst. Property Manager has been beyond pleasant, thorough and seamless from the beginning. We are excited to move-in and even more excited to be a part of the community here in Las Colinas. Thank you Joshua for making this such a pleasant experience for me and my family!

For the last 7+ months, I've had the privilege of spending a fair amount of time at the MAA Las Colinas. Mind you, I have lived in some of the nicest "Resort Style" Apartment Homes across the U.S.. However, by far, the MAA does the best when it comes to providing custom, flexible, world class customer service to its tenants and guests! Recently, my wife and I went through the process to become tenants, and while it ultimately didn't work out (due to some unfortunate circumstances with our prior apartment), we were thoroughly appreciative and even impressed with the MAA's customer service. Specifically, with Josh Rivers, who smiled and provided superior customer service, no matter what "curve ball" ball we threw him that day. Thank you to the MAA and their staff for all that they have done and do to provide this level of Service to their tenants and guests. It is so very appreciated!

Yes, via the Resident Login on the MAA site. Once a resident logs in, they have the ability to make service requests or send other communication to their community managers. This varies from community to community and new features are being planned for the future.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
