For starters I can’t recall the lady’s name when you first walk in she had a wonderful personality and great customer service. I’ve been calling because I have bugs in two of my main areas kitchen and bathroom. I even took the liberty of scrubbing myself using bleach, home defense and foggers. I called notified them and was told I would be placed on the list for pest control. I had the same ongoing issue which lead me to call the office again to find out by someone I was not even placed on the list. This morning I decide to call back and find out because no one reached out said anything and the issue is still occurring and the manager was sooo rude she sounded so uninterested. This is my HOMe I keep it clean I’m paying for it and I want a clean space. After I told her she sounded uninterested she begin sounding so condescending like it wasn’t her problem I had to ask her about calling to do a follow up My neighbors are loud all hours of the night above me. There were kids shooting at the park across from us in broad daylight while I was standing outside locating a delivery AVOID this place. I haven’t even paid first months rent I really tried to give it a chance I have a friend who stays over here and the front of the apartments are definitely quite. I manage a store and no way would I be so unconcerned about someone living space especially if they haven’t been in the apartment a month. I’m very disappointed . Whoever is this lady superior please train your managers in some type of guest services.

The staff is completely unknown about the lot of things. I wish if they have good management team with knowledgeable staff. They don't even give a call back and nor they let us talk with their manager. No wonder why the reviews are too low.

How all the apartments charge for everything even for their own oversights and they do not help anything, my mail has already been reported for a month and I will have to fix it because they do not help you in that
