Hands down, the worst apartment complex in irving. Where to begin? I've been here for about 3 years now. Vehicles are constantly broken into. Fences are consistently torn down by neighboring apt complexes. I was robbed at gunpoint 100 feet from the apartment laundry room. Ac does not get below 85 degrees. I've been fighting for the better part of a month to get that fixed. Of course management promised me it would be fixed 10 times, each of which was a lie. Now, a month later, after maintancence told me what was wrong. (Ac needs a new compressor) the manager, whome I assume is not HVAC certified, tries to diagnose the ac issue. (Not necessary, as the problem has already been found and diagnosed.) My "balcony" (which was rolled into the sq ft) was ripped out, and replaced by chain link, leaving my apartment with no privacy to store a grill, or really any outdoor furniture. Fast forward to now: we have been informed that the management company has been bought out. The new management proceeded to issue notices of non-renewal to 80% of the renters here. Effectively kicking out reliable tenants. They then remove two of the dumpsters from our apartment complex so those who are moving are unable to throw away the stuff that they can't afford to move with them. This apartment complex has and will continue to be a gigantic s*** hole now run a corporation who insists on kicking out tenants in order to increase the rental price. I highly recommend you go anywhere else but here. (Edited: reply to rustic ridge.) I understand you can't speak for previous management. But it wasn't previous management who issued me a notice of non renewal after 4 years of on time payments and 0 lease violations. Forcing me to move my small business in the middle of my college semester. the previous management didn't remove a dumpster after issuing those notices of non renewal forcing all the tennants who are moving to stack their furniture in the parking lot. Please don't try to pass the blame to the previous management (in an attempt to save face in front of potential Tennant's) when the current (new) management has caused me and others far more inconvenience. That's not a good look. Note to potential Tennant's: before you apply consider whether you want to live in a community who attempts to pass the blame to anyone else but themselves. Imagine how that will play out mid summer when your 30 year old AC goes out.

I've been living at RR for almost 3 years and it's been a great place to call home I've never had a issue with the maintenance and management has been quite on top of things and now there's a duo in the management of Candy and Val are very exceptional great at what they do I've had concern recently and they have been doing a very good job to fix it with great poised and commitment they are the best management team I've seen since I been here wished they would have been here alot sooner 👏 I say RR is a great place to live and call home lovely homes nice friendly neighborhood and wonderful staff team I recommend dropping by and plan your next home here at RR I've never had a home where I feel at home at RR

New management is terrible. Maintenance requests are ignored, must have a contract with toll companies now too since the parking lot is constantly patrolled by them
