Counted 5 people working of which only 2 were at the counter. One girl walking around on her cell phone. One guy coming to his station and kept walking to the back. And one lady on her lunch. I'm sure they had their reasons but the store was packed. Perception is everything.

Maybe an outage that may be causing it to cut off. The Spectrum app normally tells you outage information or calling customer service. Try disconnecting the power in the router for about 30 seconds to see if resolves it.

So I'm not an employee or associate but if I were you I would take my phone in and if they can't help you they'll probably be able to tell you who can and how to do it. I've only been in once to this store and that was the one we canceled our accountant Irving because we were moving and where we move to does not have Spectrum.😪
You don't need to carry box or label....just the modem and router is enough. If you carry boxes they will trash it in the office
I would not choose Spectrum. Every time I have to go get new equipment, I have to make a second trip because the first didn't work either. Thankfully it is my girlfriend's house. I have Frontier. I have never had to call them for anything.
