When your case settles does your loan come right out of your settlement and go to covered bridge and then you receive the remainder or do they have you pay directly out of your settlement once you receive it

It comes right out of your settlement. Assuming you win your case, the insurance company for the defendant sends a check (made payable to you and your attorney) to your attorney who deposits the check in his/her trust account. Your attorney then pays off all outstanding liens against your case (including Covered Bridge Capital) and then sends you a check for the remainder.
