I have been calling since December just to get in to have Dr. Baileys opinion on my eyes. I was told I have cataracts in my right eye so nothing urgent. I have left message after message and no one has called me back. I finally get through to a human yesterday and she connects me to the cataract department. I left a message, someone calls me today. She didn't leave a name, she sounded like I was bothering her. I tried to call and surprise, surprise a recording. Well I didn't leave a message cause it's not worth it.

Let me begin by saying I'm already a patient with this office. I called on a Monday morning with severe eye infection with major, unbearable pain. I had already been trying to treat it at home with dry eye drops and Excedrin. When I called in the morning, I initially felt confident they would help me. The receptionist told me she would call back within an hour to tell me when to come in. However, when she called back, she told me that Dr. Weber said to tell me to keep using my dry eye drops and she'd see me in a week and could not fit me in before then. I told the receptionist I'd have to call back, and with that she hung up on me before I finished speaking. Real empathetic!!! I would have gladly come in the next day, but that wasn't an option. So, Scheie Eye at Penn saw me that same day and I've never been treated there before. Got seen right away and felt much better by Monday night. The doctor at Penn told me I have an advanced anterior uveitis, but left untreated any further was risking permanent eye damage, but Weber Eye couldn't care. So yeah, I'm never going there again and I DO NOT recommend this place because they do not give needed immediate opthamology care when you really need it.

We think Dr Bailey is a very good doctor but the staff could use some training, they should call if the doctor is running late. My wife had a appointment for 8:45. We waited almost one hour and left. The staff didn't seem to care.

Terrible. This place has ZERO respect for their patients, or for their time. I went for my lasik consultation in April, and was supposed to have the procedure in May. I received no courtesy call about my surgery. They called me 6:30AM the day of my surgery, and asked where I was. They have since rescheduled my surgery FOUR times. I just yesterday got a call and it was basically “we know it’s taking forever, but too bad. Rescheduled from July 13th to August 10th. Wasn’t even given a reason. Just told that they weren’t operating on the day THE CHOSE!!! Avoid this “doctor’s” office as much as possible.
