The whole process was mostly pain free. The only issue we had was making a reservation and getting it finalized and paying for it and then getting called later to let us know they didn’t actually have cars at that location. We had to transfer to 3 other location before we got a car. After that we have no issues.

Staff is always friendly, and accommodating. Recommend scheduling your pick up mid day if you can, as they are busiest towards the end of the day 3pm and later. Picked up at noon with no wait time at all. My only criticism would be that the company code I used was apparently the wrong one, which changed the price slightly. I believe this should have been something verified or discuss during the confirmation call I received the day prior. Staff was able to provide me with the correct code to avoid this in the future.

They're ok but be warned they don't clean and sanitize their cars my car was a lil dirty the windows were very dirty and smoke up they have a film on them .. but they'll pick you up and take you home

They are scams !!!! Blaming me for damage on the car that I didn’t do , damage was there when we did a full walk around ! Guy never notated anything..
