This is for the grooming department only as I like the store and staff in the main area. Nasty, angry, rude groomer in grooming department is absolutely miserable. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. I called ahead about getting my dog’s nails trimmed and was told to come any day before 6:00. I arrived at about 4:45 and when I asked to get my dog’s nails trimmed she literally rolls her eyes and huffs. That was the beginning of the awful interaction and it went completely downhill from there. She actually seemed angry that I had the audacity to come in for a nail trim. I ended up leaving (I would never let her touch my dog) and speaking with the manager, Sara, who was very receptive and understanding. I’m not sure why this girl is allowed to work here. I can’t be the only one that has encountered her. My only guess is that they’re short staffed and any warm body will do. Customer service takes a back seat anymore it seems.

Yes, this petsmart sells parakeets, fancy parakeets, society and zebra finches, and sometimes larger birds when they have them in stock. I was in there today and they have a conure for sale.
Any rescues. I don't think they get to exactly pick and choose what rescues come there.
They do have adoptions but u need to call and ask them prices
That's more so a question for the adoption agencies that rent the space inside of petsmart.
