This store has apparently forgot the cashier part of retail shopping. One register with a cashier open with a self check-out line that wrapped to the back of the store. I saved myself the time and went over to Target to get what I needed instead. I'm local and this is a constant issue with this location.

The Giant in Plymouth Meeting is probably the dirtiest grocery store in the area. Unfortunately it is the closest grocery store and I end up shopping there. The carts, floors, bathrooms are filthy. Additionally, the produce is goes bad within 2 days of purchase. I have decided that I will drive to a farther grocery store for a better experience. The entire store needs to be cleaned.

I like Giant - good selection and reasonable prices. Frank, in the deli, is an asset to Giant. He's always friendly and he slices everything exactly as requested. Giant is my store of choice.

I love the store and we drive 20 minutes to shop here once a week rather than going to shoprite and acme However, the pickup service is the most frustrating experience I tried it once when I had my newborn son and the shoppers substituted or couldn't find multiple items so I ended up going into the store and finding the items myself. Yes, they were on the shelf. Then we tried it again and the same thing happened, and (in one instance, for example) they substituted nature's promise bay leaf with nature's promise basil leaf and I called to get it replaced with bay leaf in another brand.... because that would be logical... and they wouldn't run to the isle to get it. They would only take it off the bill. But we are at the tail end of a covid isolation and the only way we can get our groceries is to do the contactless pickup. If I wasn't in isolation I would get it myself but then what's the point of pickup?
