CLOSED FOR REMODELING with no information on their Google site. Sales drones meet you at the doors and try to convince you to buy something from a handheld when they should have shown longtime customers some respect and notes that this location is CLOSED FOR REMODELING.

The Best Buy in Plymouth Meeting was undergoing some sort of internal renovation, so customers had to stand at the entrance, or just inside the vestibule of the entrance. Customers could not go into the store. I told the workers what I wanted (a certain scanner that they had in stock) and had the sku number for them, and I had it showing on their website which said they had two units in stock. They said it would only be a minute, but that turned into 30 minutes, and all the while there was a high pitched alarm going, which one of their workers said they could not turn off. It was an ear piercing sound, and I felt like I was getting hearing damage from it. I'm fairly sure that the workers (who had to listen to that constant piercing noise) probably have permanent hearing loss. One of them should contact OSHA about that dangerous noise situation. I ended-up leaving without buying anything because of the high pitched noise, and because the store people were so disorganized, and clearly didn't know how to just find the boxed scanner and sell it to me. On a positive note, the store workers were very friendly. I drove to a different Best Buy store, and bought the product there. I cannot imagine returning to the Best Buy in Plymouth Meeting. They are way too disorganized, and they don't seem to care about wasting my time. AND they did nothing to stop the painful constant high pitched noise, yet all they needed to do was take a hammer to the box on the wall that was producing that noise.

They were open for online orders only as the are deep into a remodel. Staff was great

Geek Squad should be able to take care of this for you. They can reformat your computer to factory settings. Just bring the machine in and call ahead to make an appointment.
Finding a PS5 is just as hard as it was last year. Noone has them
