I highly recommend Stuart! He has helped me gain compensation from injuries sustained from automobile accidents on two occasions. He does a excellent job explaining the litigation process so you understand what’s going on, guiding you on the correct steps to take and helps you get the most compensation possible. Any time I had a question he or his assistant would respond immediately. I would never use anyone else!

I was referred to Mr. Carpey by a friend when I was involved in a car accident. I called the day after my accident, he got the ball rolling the same day. He guided me to doctors that cared about making me better. He’s honest, straightforward, and blunt. He kept me informed about everything. My case took a little over 2 years to settle and I’m happy with the results. I feel like he fought tooth and nail for me. If you need an injury lawyer, this is your guy!

Stuart got me 20,000 more than expected. Id recommend him to anyone. All i had to do was hire him and in less than a year i was given my settlement. He even was able to help me while i waited, hes a great guy. Truly glad i hired him.

Mr. Carpey has helped me more than once! And I would highly recommend them. I actually have! And I would use them again if I needed too.

Not necessarily. You must still prove that the property owner was responsible for causing your fall or knew about the dangerous condition and did not act in a reasonable way to resolve the issue before you were hurt.
Don’t count on surrounding properties to have video of your fall.
Your attorney should be able to locate video if it exists ,and thus it is always a good idea to contact your attorney as soon as possible after a slip and fall accident for help. Attorneys can help to preserve evidence at the property.
You must that the property owner was responsible for the effect on the property causing the slip and fall and/or knew about the dangerous condition and did not act in a reasonable way to resolve the issue before the injured victim was hurt.
We now are in Plymouth Meeting, and of course in Philadelphia. We moved to Plymouth Meeting about a year ago. The building in which we were located in Conshohocken has been refurbished and will be a hotel, to my knowledge. Big project in Conshohocken. But, we do have notary services in our Plymouth Meeting and Philadelphia locations.
