I am sorry I know it was a lot of trash. But if this was weekly pick up would never be this full. But this was the very first time I have them picking up for me and it was two weeks of trash and GFL did not collected my trash because it was too full.

This is the worst trash company I have ever used and on the phone waiting again, like waiting a week past my pickup day isn't enough. This continues to happen time and time again. So today we will see how fast they pick up their cans...cause I will never use them again and will suggest that anyone that needs trash service to NOT use them either!

Awful company, you pay and no service in exchange. When we started with them we waited 1 month with no service, after that they had coming and going when they feel like it. They leave trash in the floor when they come. For the past 3 weeks we have been waiting for the trash to be pick up. I have called the office every week several days and they say that they are sending someone and no one ever comes. Now we have decided to cancel their service and we paid in advance 3 months and they said they don’t know when our money is gonna be refunded…. Awful service, I do not recommend them at all. If you can use another company do it.

Haven't picked up my trash for 3 weeks. When I call to ask why it hasn't been picked up they are extremely rude and tell me the driver come down the road and they don't know why it wasn't picked up, I must not have had it at the road in time. Mind you my trash has been at the road for 3 weeks waiting to be picked up and I have cameras that show that no truck has been down my road but they don't want to hear that. All I'm asking them to do is to provide a service that I am paying them to provide. When asked if they will credit the account since they didn't come out they tell me that's not happening because they're still going to pick up my trash. If I wanted to have all my trash for the month sitting around until someone gets a wild hair to pick it up I wouldn't be paying for it to be taken off. Absolutely disgusted with them and their lousy excuse for customer service.
