I'm new to the area and I have been trying to reach them for the last 10 days to set up a new account to collect my trash no one answers the phone they always say the recorded line that my weight will be over 10 minutes I go to the landfill to drop off my trash at one of the facilities and I'm told I can't drop it there

My trash bin was damaged in trash pick up day. Unclear if it was the pick up crew that damaged it or if it was someone else, but it was extremely difficult to get in contact with a representative (finally reached someone after calling 10+ times). Was told to leave my bin out and that it would be replaced last Friday, but that did not happen. I have continued to try to call multiple times but can never get through to anyone and there is no way to leave a message or send an email. See photos below of damaged bin. Poor customer service.

The worst company ever! They are disrespectful and there hours are from 8a but their workers are out ruining neighborhoods at 5 and 6a! It’s the most rudest thing ever and then they are outside banging the trash can over and over waking up the neighborhood. I SERIOUSLY HATE THEM
