It comes right out of your settlement. Assuming you win your case, the insurance company for the defendant sends a check (made payable to you and your attorney) to your attorney who deposits the check in his/her trust account. Your attorney then pays off all outstanding liens against your case (including Covered Bridge Capital) and then sends you a check for the remainder.
Well if u manage what u borrowed the first time you really shouldn't borrow more since you are going to get less in the end
