They are so rude because management allows the rude behavior. If the workers know there will be no repercussions for their bad behavior, they have no incentive to be nice. Management doesn't care, so why should the worker bees care?
The post service has always been good to me, i have no problem with them, if you be nice then people,s will be nice to you, dealing with public is not easy i have been there God bless the worker.
