Why is there always ONE clerk in the DESOTO POST OFFICE? WHY are we constantly subjected to this type is Service. This is unacceptable behavior for a Governmental Office. I keep sharing and nothing is done. UNACCEPTABLE!

I couldn't even begin to tell you why. ? I guess they don't care about customer service and are more concerned about personal phone calls and mandatory brake time then anyone else. ? It took them 4 days to get my medication from the VA that was supposed to get to me overnight bottom line I was totally out of my meds for "4" days. ! ! ! ! ! ! Oh did I mention it took them 4 days to get it to me. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Then go to another post office...common sense. If you’re not satisfied with a service provided, go to a place where they may provide the service you wish and meets your satisfaction. I’m not an employee, but as a person who works at a pharmacy and is exposed to people, a break is mandatory in order to keep sane and cool off.
