My mail is post marked ten - thirty days prior to me receiving it. Is delayed delivery an issue for anyone else? My mail carrier/mail man is awesome! Always pleasant, upbeat, personable, yet professional. The issue is with whoever is sorting back

The best thing would be for you to bring the issue to your postmaster's attention. Once it leaves for dispatch, it is then sorted at the plant.
